Prepared with fresh Swiss milk and excellent ingredients, our gelato tells a story of passion and authenticity: Bronte Green Pistachios PDO, Piedmont Hazelnuts PGI, and fruit selected at the perfect ripeness.

Giannino Cafè 1899 crafts authentic and ethically conscious Swiss chocolate, handmade with fair-trade, selected, and traceable ingredients. The milk comes from cows raised in the UNESCO Entlebuch Biosphere Reserve, while the cocoa beans are purchased directly from small cooperatives and local farmers, with full respect for both people and the land. Among our most iconic creations are the Giannino Cafè Chocolate Discs: generous, round slabs meant to be broken and shared.

Our pralines are created by Switzerland's No. 1 Maître Chocolatier, following artisanal methods and traditional recipes. Our chocolates are born from a refined selection of the finest Grand Cru cocoas, enriched with natural ingredients and premium spices, to offer a sensory experience full of new flavours.
