With over 20 years of experience in the fine dining sector, Chef Luca Salerno embodies the passion, technique, and contemporary vision of Italian cuisine.Born in Naples, his international career has led him to work in some of the most prestigious kitchens across Italy, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States. He has worked alongside Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels, including the Eden Roc in Ascona, the Grand Café Al Porto in Lugano, and Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant in London.
